About the Role Elixir Garden Supplies is a thriving e-commerce company with over 13 years of success in the online marketplace. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated individual to join our Customer Services team. We are hiring for two positions: one permanent role and one fixed-term contract (FTC) for 6 months. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their experience is smooth and positive. Your responsibilities will include: Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email Assisting with missing parcels, complaints, and general queries Processing sales orders and managing data entry Handling order changes, cancellations, and issuing refunds or replacements Tracking deliveries and liaising with couriers Collaborating with colleagues to resolve issues efficiently Essential Skills: Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Good organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks Team player with a positive, reliable approach Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office or similar) Desirable (but not essential): Customer service or call centre experience Gardening or horticultural knowledge It’s you we’re interested in At Origin, we want everyone to have an equal opportunity to achieve their full potential.
