How you’ll make a difference: · Accurate and timely completion of case notes/logs/diaries for each customer Deployment of cases to appropriate and approved suppliers · Ensure that customer expectations are met and exceeded on every call to successfully complete every case · Process cases in accordance with department procedures and agreed authority levels · Full ownership and accountability of the claims you are involved in managing · Support call handling activity in other areas during times of high demand · 5 GCSEs including English & Maths (Essential) · 6 months Customer Service Experience (Essential) · APA Qualification or higher(Desirable) · Previous construction or surveying experience (Desirable) · PC literate - basic PC skills are essential, although you’ll be trained on our insurance-specific software packages as part of your training programme As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorized to work in Ireland and/or the United Kingdom.
