Location: Takeley Permanent, full-time employment What You Will Do Provide technical and administrative support to customers. Online order submissions Sample collections Sample/order non-conformances Invoicing and other customer queries Barcode orders Management of dropbox network Onboarding/training of new customers with respect to the ordering portal Support with sample shipments to our other global facilities. Gathering customer feedback and recording within company database. Ensure correct people/departments are made aware and kept up to date on all relevant customer issues. What You Will Bring Previous experience in a customer service centric position. Ability to speak French or German would be advantageous. Knowledge of biology or genetics is an advantage.
