Role Overview To deliver market leading customer service in line with our Trademark Behaviors. Keeping the customer informed at every stage of their enquiry. Facilitate the flow of enquiry through the correct business channels, working closely with external sales teams to secure business. Please note this is a 12 month fixed term position. Key Responsibilities Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly responding to and managing customer enquiries. Keep customers updated on the status of their enquiries and provide timely follow-ups to secure business. Facilitate the smooth flow of enquiries throughout the business, coordinating with various departments. Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure accurate forecasting and a reliable Quotebank. Collaborate closely with external sales teams to manage and prioritise enquiries in your area. Stay informed about market activity and pricing trends to provide competitive quotes. Actively follow up on quotes to secure new business and strengthen customer relationships. Complete all mandatory training requirements. Accurately capture area intelligence for reporting and forecasting purposes. Undertake additional duties as reasonably requested, commensurate with the role. Skills and Experience Previous experience working in a customer service or sales support role. Previous experience using CRM software. Excellent communication skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously. Knowledge of market trends and pricing strategies in the relevant industry.
