The Role We’re looking for a Customer Business Manager to lead one of our recently acquired brands for our leading high profile key accounts. This is a strategic sales role managing one of our newest brands with significant growth potential. You’ll identify short and long-term opportunities, influence key stakeholders, and deliver sustainable results. Key Responsibilities Full P&L responsibility to deliver budget targets Develop and implement joint business plans and promotional strategies Drive accurate monthly sales forecasts and financial performance Collaborate with Marketing and Category teams to close distribution gaps and launch new products Negotiate pricing and promotional structures Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external customers What We’re Looking For Proven commercial awareness and negotiation skills Strong interpersonal and communication abilities Excellent planning and organisational skills Ability to build winning relationships and think creatively Experience in convenience retail (ideal but not essential) Why Join Us?
