Job Description Contexte et environnement de travail : Au sein du service développement process emboutissage, vous serez rattaché(e) au chef de l’Equipe Métier Développement Process. Vos activités seront focalisées principalement sur le périmètre de la simulation numérique du process emboutissage et de l'analyse des mesures issues de l'instrumentation des presses. (La simulation numérique est devenue incontournable pour prédire la mise en forme des pièces automobiles en tôle). Vos missions : Dans le cadre de l’amélioration continue de la précision des simulations d’emboutissage, l'étudiant(e) aura pour mission de : Corréler les efforts mesurés sur presse avec les résultats issus des calculs numériques. Exploiter différents leviers : simulations nominales, efforts mesurés sur opérations de reprise, configuration outillage (ressorts à gaz), surfaces d’usinage CAO, et instrumentation presse. L’objectif est de comprendre les écarts entre physique et numérique, et d’ajuster les paramètres de simulation pour fiabiliser les prédictions. Ce stage offre une immersion concrète dans le monde du formage, à l’interface entre calcul, essais et industrialisation. Vous serez amené à communiquer avec différentes entités de l'entreprise (Process, Projets, Usines) afin de récolter les informations nécessaires à votre sujet. Qui êtes-vous ?
