Job Description Contexte et environnement de travail : Au sein de Renault Group, vous intégrerez une équipe dynamique en charge de l’organisation d’événements internes et externes à fort impact. Ce poste vous permettra de découvrir les coulisses de la gestion de projets événementiels dans un grand groupe industriel, tout en développant vos compétences en coordination, communication et gestion opérationnelle. Vos missions : Vous assisterez les chefs de projet dans la préparation, la coordination et le suivi des événements organisés par Renault Group. Vous contribuerez à la planification des actions, à l’organisation logistique en amont et sur site, ainsi qu’à l’adaptation des supports de communication. Vous serez également en charge de la mise en place et du suivi des outils de pilotage du projet avant, pendant et après les événements : présentations, comptes rendus, documents de synthèse, archivage, capitalisation d’expérience et bilans. Qui êtes-vous ? Vous êtes rigoureux(se), organisé(e) et doté(e) d’un excellent sens du relationnel. Vous aimez travailler en équipe, savez faire preuve d’initiative et êtes à l’aise dans un environnement exigeant et en constante évolution. Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques (PowerPoint, Excel) et avez une bonne capacité d’adaptation. Une première expérience en gestion de projet ou en événementiel serait un plus.
