Vos missions Le service Software Update et Diagnostic a pour mission d'assurer le diagnostique électronique et la reprogrammabilité des calculateurs en après-vente, le soutien aux centres de réparation de la marque via la Techline et l'amélioration de ses systèmes. Votre mission de "Diagbot IA Incidentologie" s'inscrit pleinement dans cette démarche. A ce titre, vous serez en charge de : Récupérer les données des fiches Incidentologie Client (FIC) du réseau après-vente Construire un Agent IA d'analyse de ces FICs permettant d'en faire la synthèse Déployer l'outil Qui êtes-vous ? Vous préparez un diplôme de type ingénieur généraliste avec une spécialisation en IA, vous êtes en 4ème année, et vous recherchez un stage de 3 à 4 mois. Vous maîtrisez la suite Office, et savez utiliser des agents IA (Copilot, Gemini, Mistral, GPT, etc.). Vous savez mettre en forme des données sur la base d'un besoin client.
