Vos missions Sous la responsabilité du/de la chef(fe) d’unité, dans une unité de production automatisée ou de maintenance, vous assurez le bon niveau de production de son installation en quantité et en qualité. Vous intervenez selon un planning et des objectifs de production dans le respect des règles et standards de l’entreprise déclinés à l’UET (Règlement intérieur, système de production, Hygiène, Sécurité, Qualité et Environnement). Activités significatives : Dans le respect des standards d’hygiène, de sécurité, de qualité et d’environnement vous devez : - Réaliser la maintenance à minima de niveau 1 de son installation automatisée - Apporter les corrections définies en cas d’aléa - Garantir le démarrage et le fonctionnement de son installation, réaliser le plan de maintenance autonome et des gammes de préventif de son périmètre ou sa zone. - En cas de panne, effectuer un premier diagnostic, et selon le cas, réaliser le dépannage ou appeler le personnel de maintenance, et lui communiquer ce diagnostic. - Modifier, corriger et adapter les réglages et les paramètres autorisés de ses installations de son périmètre pour réaliser la production, en respectant les modes opératoires prédéfinis - Documenter les indicateurs de suivi des installations automatisées de son périmètre dans les outils manuels ou informatiques et justifier les écarts de performance. - Participer aux actions visant à l’amélioration de son/ses installation(s) (groupe de travail) - Apporter des modifications pour améliorer la performance de ses moyens sous supervision de son CUET - S’assurer du bon niveau de stock des pièces consommables ou pièces de rechange nécessaires à ses installations, informe son/sa chef(fe) d’unité ou son/sa conducteur-trice leader des écarts constatés. Votre profil Vous êtes rigoureux(se), réactif(ve), avez le sens du travail en équipe. Vous souhaitez préparer un BAC PRO dans le domaine de la maintenance. Rejoignez-nous !
