We are searching for an experienced CRM Systems & Productivity Manager (Salesforce) at our Jouy-en-Josas facility. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Within the Degree Programs Strategy and Development Department, a new Tools, Data, and Productivity division has been created. This division oversees the evolution of tools, processes, and cross-functional projects to enhance the performance of four key functions: Communication, Marketing, Recruitment, Admissions & Integration, covering all degree programs (Bachelor, Masters, MBA, EMBA) as well as associated short programs (Summer School, Study Tours, etc.). This division plays a strategic role in: Operational efficiency, Advanced data exploitation, Technological innovation, notably via Salesforce migrated in 2025, Progressive integration of AI and automation solutions. To strengthen this dynamic, HEC Paris is recruiting a CRM Tools Manager, integrated into the Tools / Data / Productivity division. Main responsibilities : 🔧 1. Management and optimization of Salesforce CRM Act as CRM reference for the entire Development and Strategy Department. Administer, maintain, and optimize Salesforce solutions: Education Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Blackthorn, Stripe, DocuSign, etc. Provide expert support to CMA teams and ensure consistent and efficient use. Manage technical and operational relationships with internal partners (IT, Purchasing, etc.) and external providers. Improve business processes through CRM enhancements or automation. Ensure training, support, and skill development of teams; promote adoption of new features. Design or assist in creating dashboards, reports, segments, and automations. Optimize data quality and reporting, regularly identifying improvement opportunities. Produce analyses, recommendations, and regular reports for management. 🎯 2. Key support for Marketing, Recruitment, and Admissions activities Design CRM solutions to support enrollment objectives and candidate journeys. Deploy targeted campaigns in Marketing Cloud, in collaboration with digital marketing teams. Suggest optimizations based on CRM data, team usage, and candidate feedback. 🌐 3. Coordination and cross-functionality Collaborate closely with all departments (Communication, Marketing, Recruitment, Admissions, Short Programs). Share best practices and harmonize usage across teams and programs. Participate in extending Salesforce scope to other departments if necessary. Contribute to identifying, selecting, and deploying complementary tools (efficiency, automation, AI, productivity). Occasionally support events: forums, webinars, candidate meetings, alongside business teams. 📊 4. Reporting & data governance Provide accurate and regular reporting to the Associate Director and the Directors community. Define and supervise data management processes to ensure reliability, consistency, and optimal use. Required Qualifications: 🧩 Experience and technical skills Expérience confirmée en administration ou gestion CRM, idéalement Salesforce. Maîtrise du fonctionnement Salesforce (flux, automatisations, règles de validation, rapports, dashboards…). Bonne connaissance des solutions de marketing digital et des plateformes marketing. Proven experience in CRM administration or management, ideally Salesforce. Mastery of Salesforce operations (flows, automation, validation rules, reports, dashboards, etc.). Good knowledge of digital marketing solutions and platforms 📐 Analytical Skills & Problem-Solving Strong ability to structure, analyze, and interpret data. Rigorous and quantitative approach to problem-solving. 🧠 Soft skills Proactivity, autonomy, creativity, and entrepreneurial mindset. Flexibility and ability to adapt in a transforming environment.
