We are keen to hear from you whatever stage you are at in your credit career.The role of Credit Monitoring Officer is really important to us. You will play a pivotal role in safeguarding against financial crime and fraud while ensuring responsible credit management and excellent customer experience. The role involves monitoring customer activity, assessing credit risk, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Key responsibilities: Financial crime and fraud prevention – monitoring the live book of customers to identify and prevent instances of financial crime and fraudDecision making – monitoring existing customers in line with our CDD policy, reviewing trade history and updating KYC information to assess the business relationship.Communicating with customers in writing and over the phone, being able to support customers in financial difficultlyAdhering to regulations such as the FCA’s CONC handbook and GDPR requirements.
