We’re now looking for a Credit Controller to join our friendly Credit Control Department at our Head Office in Leeds. The Role at a Glance Location: Element House, Ring Road, Lower Wortley, Leeds, LS12 6AB Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be a key part of our finance team, helping us stay on top of credit control and building strong relationships across the business and with our customers. Your day-to-day might include: Following up on outstanding payments via phone and email Managing credit limits and sending dunning letters Attending debt meetings with managers and depots Reviewing accounts on hold and escalating queries Collaborating on team projects Building great internal and external relationships What We’re Looking For We’re after someone who’s: Great at managing their time and staying motivated Confident in handling challenges and solving problems Comfortable using IT systems and inputting data accurately A strong communicator — both over the phone and by email What You’ll Get in Return We believe in looking after our people.
