Delphi Digital is a research and consulting firm operating at the intersection of crypto, AI, and deep tech. Our ecosystem spans Delphi Research, Delphi Consulting, Delphi Ventures, Delphi Labs, and Delphi Intelligence, our newest arm focused on AI research and media.

We’re building a lean, high-talent media team to make the frontier intelligible and inspiring. Our design team already drives brand, storytelling, and production. Now we’re looking for someone who can own the narrative side of it, creating content that cuts through noise and builds a real audience around Delphi’s ideas.

The Role
We’re looking for a Creative Content Producer / Showrunner, someone equal parts storyteller, producer, and strategist. You’ll ideate, write, and produce original content across Delphi’s divisions, shaping how we communicate ideas in crypto, AI, and deep tech.

You’ll be working within a small, high-autonomy team with no layers or red tape, so initiative, taste, and creative independence are key.

What You’ll Do

• Ideate, script, and produce content (short-form video, narrative explainers, interviews, podcasts) that bring Delphi’s research and ideas to life.
  
  
• Develop editorial tone, story arcs, and recurring formats that feel distinctively Delphi.
  
  
• Translate complex topics into sharp, culturally literate narratives.
  
  
• Oversee projects from concept through delivery, collaborating and directing designers and motion artists.
  
  
• Keep a pulse on emerging trends across AI, crypto, and tech, and move fast to capture them.
  
  
• Optionally, host or appear on camera for certain pieces.
  
  

What You Bring

• Proven experience making content, not just briefing it. You know how to get things from idea to finished piece.
  
  
• Sharp writing instincts and narrative sense.
  
  
• Strong creative taste. You know when something’s good and why.
• • Excellent written and spoken English, with a natural grasp of tone, rhythm, and clarity.
  
  
• Self-direction and high initiative, you’ll be able to work without being hand-held.
  
  
• Interest in technology, crypto, and AI, with the ability to communicate complexity simply.
  
  
• Bonus: editing, motion, or design skills.
