As a Supported Living Coordinator and safeguarding lead, you’ll ensure high performance and quality assurance of services using your experience and skills to effectively motivate and direct your colleagues. You’ll lead a great team, supporting them to grow and develop. Creating support plans with your customers and coordinating our team working to the plans. You will work in our care service in North Tyneside supporting two customers with learning disabilities to live their best life. Ensuring that the customer files and support plans are to a high standard with regular reviews. Supporting customers with their personal care and medication needs outlined in their support plan. You have Level 3 Health and Social Care Certificate, or willing to work towards Passion to support our customers to live their best life, working collaboratively with an eye for detail. Experience of creating person-centred support plans and supporting colleagues to follow them. Experience in coordinating and assessing customer referrals.
