Term: Winter 2026 Course Credits: 3 Location: EDUC 348 Schedule: Monday & Wednesday, 08:35 am-11:25 am Teaching Qualification Requirements: Education MA in a relevant field (i.e. science education) and/or extensive relevant experience as a school educator/pedagogue/community educator PhD or equivalent in a relevant field is an asset Experience 1. Expert knowledge of: Secondary science pedagogy, as outlined in the course description Scientific content and practices related to the secondary science curricula Research on secondary science pedagogy Research on secondary students’ scientific thinking and practice 2. Experience as a master teacher/instructor in science, mathematics, or a related field in the Quebec educational system 3. Knowledge of the Quebec Education Program (QEP) 4.Familiarity with the 13 professional competencies specified by the Ministère de l’Éducation.
