In part, the responsibilities include: Prepare meals for residents based on menu and dietary needs Use food service equipment, including thermometers, knives, slicers, steamers, kettles, etc Use food preparation equipment including burners, grills, ovens, etc. Maintains, cleans and sanitizes equipment and work area according to established standards for safety and sanitation Ensure compliance with all record keeping, food safety and risk management requirements Benefits: Numerous Incentive Programs to Increase Compensation!
