Company DIAC SA Job Description Responsabilités clés Contrôle interne permanent : Définir et mettre à jour les procédures et règles de gestion opérationnelle. Superviser les contrôles de 1er et 2nd niveau dans les filiales et au siège. Prestations externalisées : Pilote du risque Outsourcing Piloter le registre des prestations externalisées et le risque associé (conformité DORA). Animer les fonctions centrales pour la mise en œuvre des règles de gestion et des contrôles liés. Plan d’urgence et continuité d’activité : Pilote du risque PUPA Contrôler et tester les dispositifs PRA/PCA. Réaliser des contrôles de 2nd niveau auprès des filiales. Risques opérationnels : Pilote du risque opérationnel Animer la collecte des incidents (ROP). Suivre les plans d’action correctifs et les indicateurs de risque. Animation et coordination Filiales : Former et accompagner les contrôleurs internes locaux. Assurer un lien fonctionnel fort avec le département Contrôle Interne Groupe. Corporate : Préparer les comités Contrôle Interne, Risques et Conformité. Consolider les reportings pour le Comité Exécutif et le Conseil d’Administration. Utilisation de eFront ERM pour le suivi des contrôles et des risques. Administrer l'outil pour la partie contrôle permanent.
