Washroom Services Administrator Contracts Administrator Based - Atherton (Office Based) Salary - £25,602 per annum Hours of Work – Monday to Friday 36.25 hours per week Lyreco are the market leader in Workplace Solutions and specialise in providing workplace solutions to businesses globally, across a variety of sectors. We’re looking for a Contracts Administrator to join our Washroom Division in Atherton. This is a key role supporting the day-to-day administration of our washroom services — ensuring contracts, invoicing, and renewals run smoothly. You’ll be responsible for inputting and maintaining contracts, generating invoices, tracking payments, and managing annual renewals. The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-oriented, and confident working across both finance and operational teams to keep things on track. As a Contracts Administrator your responsibilities are: Input and maintain all washroom service contracts in internal systems. Ensure all contract data is accurate, compliant, and up to date. Support the onboarding of new customers and the setup of services. Raise invoices in line with service delivery and contract terms. Liaise with finance and operations to confirm service completion before invoicing. Resolve customer invoicing queries promptly and professionally. Maintain and manage the credit log to track outstanding payments. The ideal Contracts Administrator will have: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines. Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy. Previous experience in administration, finance, or contract support. A good understanding of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook. Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience with invoicing systems and basic financial tracking. Benefits we offer: 31 days holiday, inclusive of bank holidays.
