The Opportunity The Contract Data Entry Coordinator will work with a team responsible for entering and verifying temporary contracts, permanent contracts, and service level transactional changes for the regions as well as sites. They will close or edit all permanent customer contracts, enter information related to seasonal customer contracts and adhere to the processes of transmitting the information to and from the sites. Responsibilities Daily entry of new and existing customer contracts, service level changes, updating of terms and cancellations. Index Customer Contracts, ensuring that Customer Contracts are accurately entered to the correct customer account in Trux Complete work to meet or exceed productivity and quality expectations with minimal assistance. Must meet and maintain department productivity goals for accuracy. Oversee the exemption of customers with contractual limitations for price increases from traditional price increase methods where required. Complete data entry and verification tasks as required. Comply with all company policies, procedures and directives from supervisors. Work a varying schedule, established by the manager and be able to work overtime on an as - needed basis; Able to adapt to change and learn new processes as the business evolves/develops; and Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested by management. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy; Team player with positive attitude who takes initiative and has a strong work ethic; Ability to work well under pressure and meet set deadlines; Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written as well as verbal) with the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization in a professional, competent manner; Effective time management and organizational skills; Ability to work efficiently and independently; Computer literacy, including effective working skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; TRUX Route Management experience is considered an asset; Bi-lingual in French is required for some CDE Specialists; Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; Post-secondary education preferred; One year of related experience and/or training; and One year experience in the waste industry preferred.
