Analyze and monitor assembly processes to identify and eliminate waste, reduce production detractors, and consistently achieve standard hours. Drive process improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business goals. Support New Product Introduction (NPI) readiness and post-launch performance, optimizing factory layout, material flow, equipment, and tooling to maximize production efficiency. You’ll have the following skills and experience: BSc. in Engineering discipline, manufacturing, or related field Highly organized and self-motivated, able to manage changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision. Strong problem-solving and planning skills combined with a positive, effective team player attitude. Flexible and proactive, willing to take on additional responsibilities to meet demanding production schedules.
