We are currently looking for an experienced and visionary Consultor/a ERP (Business Central) - Microsoft Dynamics Navision.

Your Mission:
Ensure business continuity and optimization through comprehensive configuration of critical modules, strategic user training, and ongoing functional support to guarantee project success both before and after go-live.

The Role:

• Execute Go-Live processes, ensuring system integrity and business continuity from day one.

• Configure and parameterize core modules (Finance, Purchasing, Sales, Inventory, and Projects) in a modular and scalable manner according to best practices.

• Manage functional analysis, incident resolution, and continuous improvements before and after deployment, acting as a bridge between business and technology.

• Plan and deliver hands-on training to key and end users, focused on real processes and early ERP adoption.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Functional Consultant in NAV/Business Central.

• Strong knowledge of Finance, Purchasing, Sales, and Projects modules.

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

• Advanced Excel skills (migrations using RapidStart/Configuration Packages).

• Interest in specializing in the company’s product, understanding that it requires time and in-depth learning.

• Resilient, consistent, and structured profile.

• Comfortable working with complex technical scenarios and taking on new challenges.

• Ability to understand the system holistically, connecting functionalities, processes, and different use cases.

• Proactive mindset with strong initiative.

• Enjoys problem-solving and continuous learning.

• Service-oriented with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

• Interested in working within a technical and collaborative team.

• Availability to go to the office in Reus (ideally) or Barcelona.
