What we are recruiting for: We are currently looking for a Planning Manager with digital and data transformation experience for a fixed term contract 6 - 12 Months. Roles & responsibilities: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using recognised planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project). Create and manage Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and ensure alignment with project scope and objectives. Monitor progress against baseline plans, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions. Support risk and change management processes by assessing impacts on schedules and resources. Prepare regular progress reports and dashboards for stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and risks. Facilitate planning workshops and ensure stakeholder engagement in schedule development. Integrate multiple workstreams and dependencies within programme-level plans. Ensure compliance with organisational governance frameworks and planning standards. Experience & background: Proven experience in project planning within complex, multi-disciplinary environments. Proficiency in planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent). Strong analytical and organisational skills with attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels. Understanding of project lifecycle methodologies Relevant qualification in project management or planning (e.g., APM, PMI, or equivalent). Experience in infrastructure, engineering, or construction projects is desirable.
