Position Summary: <\/b>
<\/p>

Our client is seeking a General Laborer to manage and maintain construction site cleanliness and safety. Responsibilities include clearing debris, loading\/unloading materials, assisting with concrete preparation, and setting up safety barriers. The role requires physical labor, the ability to lift 50\-100 lbs., basic construction tool knowledge, and a valid driver’s license.

Key Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/p>

  • Clear and clean construction sites of debris, trash, and hazardous materials.
    <\/li>
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials and equipment.
    <\/li>
  • Assist with the mixing and preparation of concrete, and other construction materials.
    <\/li>
  • Organize and maintain materials and tools in designated areas.
    <\/li>
  • Set up and maintain barriers, signs, and cones to ensure the safety of the site and pedestrians.
    <\/li>
  • Assist with marking and laying out construction areas according to project plans.
    <\/li>
  • Wear and maintain proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
    <\/li>

    Key Qualifications & Skills:<\/b>
    <\/p>

    • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
      <\/li>
    • Previous experience in construction or related fields is a plus.
      <\/li>
    • Valid Driver’s License required\/ with own transportation
      <\/li>
    • Ability to perform physical labor and work in various weather conditions.
      <\/li>
    • Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
      <\/li>
    • Ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
      <\/li>
    • Capable of lifting 50 to 100 lbs. regularly
      <\/li>
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality standards.
