Seasonal Associates work in collaboration with the store teams to Inspire a Life of Style and provide extraordinary shopping experiences for our customers. Seasonal Associate roles are available in the following areas (needs of each location will vary) What we offer: Competitive pay rate between $18- $20/ hour, based on experience 0 – 39 hours per week Seasonal employee discount A fun & friendly atmosphere with on- the – job training provided Working behind the scenes (Order Fulfillment, Shipping & Receiving, Stock Support): Order Fulfillment Associates: Fulfillment of all online orders and inter-store transfers to meet customer needs Read orders, locate product and package it to Holt Renfrew standards Other duties as assigned Stock Support Associates: Ensure the sales floor is maintained to luxury levels at all times through product replenishment, maintaining floor merchandising standards Fitting rooms maintenance Other duties as assigned Visual Merchandising Associates: Assemble Holiday Shop fixtures, place signage, props and displays in compliance with Holt Renfrew standards and directives Re-work presentations/ displays as merchandise sells down, rotate stock as required, ensuring established visual merchandising standards are maintained throughout the store interiors and windows Properly maintain the visual stockroom & visual merchanting collateral Requirements: Passionate about the brand and customer service Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated teamwork skills Ability to stand for periods of time, moving between the store and back-office areas and ability to lift up to 30 lbs, ability to use a ladder, move display items, as required Ability to work a variety of shifts including mornings/afternoons/evenings/ weekends during the holiday season between October 20th and January 10th Opportunity for additional overnight shifts available during Black Friday peak sales week, on a first come, first served/ volunteer basis.
