As a key team within our firm, we pride ourselves on the quality of service we provide and work closely with colleagues across other specialist areas. From day one, you’ll support both our internal and external clients with their company secretarial needs. Your responsibilities will include assisting with client board and shareholder meetings, managing statutory books held by the firm in its capacity as company secretary, or supporting LLPs where corporate administrative assistance is required, in addition to handling a variety of administrative tasks as needed.
