The project: Hyperscale Data Centre – West London This is a large-scale, high-tech construction project focused on delivering a state-of-the-art hyperscale data centre facility. The role will involve overseeing MEP commercial operations and financial governance across all phases of construction, ensuring compliance, cost efficiency, and successful delivery. Being responsible for key client relationship management and converting the client’s vision into a deliverable onsite plan. You’ll also have • Membership of MCIOB / MAPM / MRICS / MICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development. • Extensive experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the data centre or high-tech construction sector. • Deep construction and MEP commercial management expertise. • Strong MEP commercial and financial acumen. • Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams. • Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders. • Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
