The Commercial Lines Support Specialist provides administrative and operational support to the Commercial Lines team, ensuring efficient handling of client accounts and high-quality service delivery. This role assists with policy servicing, documentation, client communications, and workflow management to support renewal and new business timelines. Essential Responsibilities Process endorsements, renewals, cancellations, audits, and billing inquiries. Prepare and issue certificates of insurance, auto ID cards, and evidence of property forms. Assist AM in maintaining accurate client files and documentation per agency standards and regulatory requirements. Communicate with carriers to secure quotes, process changes, and resolve billing or policy issues. Update records and activities in the agency management system ( AMS360). Support Account Managers and Producers with follow-ups, proposals, and renewal timelines. Track tasks, manage workflows, and meet service-level agreements (SLAs). support role with training to lead to possible account manager in the future 4) Qualifications Required: High school diploma or equivalent. 1–2 years of administrative or insurance experience (Commercial Lines preferred). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal/written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word) and agency management systems.
