We are looking for a Commercial Development Manager to lead and coordinate all sales and marketing initiatives for a group of key clients. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth with a strong emphasis on the independent rental segment. You will develop strategies, build relationships, and ensure seamless execution to maximize commercial success. What You Will Do Follow company policies and maintain clear communication to meet customer needs. Work with internal teams to provide sales and service support for managed account customers. Engage directly with customers to gather information, develop solutions (leveraging our products and services) to solve the client’s challenges. Build relationships with new potential clients, focusing on the independent rental segment. What You Will Bring Customer Focus: Ability to prioritise customer needs and satisfaction in all decisions, creating tailored solutions. Industry Knowledge: Understanding of industry trends, regulations, and key issues, and applying this knowledge effectively. Effective Communication: Skilled in conveying and interpreting ideas clearly using appropriate communication techniques. Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate successfully with internal teams and external clients in a collaborative way. Relationship Management: Expertise in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Value Selling: Knowledge of selling principles and ability to demonstrate product/service value that meets customer needs. Top Candidates Will Have Knowledge of the rental industry and its key practices. Previous experience in account management, with a track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
