Job Description Position Summary: The role of Commercial Business Operations Senior Manager is responsible for partnering with the Business and Commercial Operations colleagues to ensure the execution of the commercial excellence activities within International Markets. This role will act as an internal subject matter expert of sales force effectiveness, commercial field metrics, data analysis, CRM operations and incentives compensation processes. The role requires substantial cross-functional collaboration with Compliance, Sales, Finance, Legal, and HR departments. Key responsibilities Incentives compensation: Responsible for all IC Communications, including plan documents, presentations, goal setting and payout communications, and regular reports for field force and leadership. Lead the execution of our plans with a very high degree of accuracy including the correct and timely calculation of payouts, effective documentation, and governance of our plans. Conduct ad hoc analyses to support incentive compensation plans. Data Stewarding: Develop and execute the organization's commercial data stewardship strategy to ensure data quality, accessibility, and governance in line with business objectives. Establish and enforce policies and procedures to maintain effective data stewardship. Implement and enforce Intl HEME data stewardship standards to maintain data accuracy and completeness Field Effectiveness: Support the diagnosis, identification and improvement the effectiveness of Commercial Field Teams Provides analytical expertise to support SFE activities Measures & improves commercial field teams motivation & engagement through the execution of the incentives compensation plan EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in business finance, communications, marketing, or related discipline with relevant related experience - required SKILLS & EXPEREINCE: Minimum Requirements: Extensive sales/marketing commercial operations experience in a dynamic, international environment Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills Excellent stakeholder management skills Extensive direct experience with pharmaceutical data sourcing, integration, analysis, and reporting Ability and desire to understand the product needs of the future and influence all stakeholders to prioritize them Strong understanding of Web & Mobile CRM platforms (Veeva), ideally also IC planning platforms Preferred Qualifications: Attention to detail and committed follow-through in communications to stakeholders Pro-actively identifies issues and solves them Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment; focus on multi-tasking and self-prioritized workload Strong focus on process delivery and execution Scientific aptitude and working knowledge of specialty or rare disease therapies area (preferable) Travel Position is based in London Paddington and travel of 20-30% may be required for country visits and training sessions. #LI-SG1 #LI-Hybrid Flex Designation: Hybrid-Eligible Or On-Site Eligible Flex Eligibility Status: In this Hybrid-Eligible role, you can choose to be designated as: 1.
