As Collaboration Platforms Service Owner within the Digital Workplace team, you will be responsible for managing and evolving collaboration and productivity solutions (messaging, Microsoft 365, meeting tools, etc.) for the entire House. You will operate in an exciting environment where security, innovation (Generative AI, Copilot), and continuous improvement are key priorities. This role places you at the center of interactions with many internal and external stakeholders (local teams, technical partners, Microsoft, cybersecurity, etc.), balancing local adaptation with global standardization. Regular travel, especially to London, is expected. What impact you create at Chanel Enhance service quality and collective efficiency through high-performing collaborative tools. Secure and modernize the digital workplace, anticipating technological advancements (AI, automation, etc.). Unite global IT Support teams around a shared vision and roadmap. Lead the integration of new solutions, ensuring their robustness, security, and alignment with business needs. Act as a technical referent for the RUN team, advising on incident, request, and change management for collaboration services. Ensure architecture standards are followed and contribute to operational cybersecurity for all collaboration services. You are energised by Digital innovation and transformation, especially integrating AI into everyday work. Working with multicultural teams and managing complex, international projects. Acting as a technical expert, sharing knowledge, and helping teams grow. Problem-solving, continuous improvement, and striving for operational excellence. What you will bring Strong experience (minimum 5 years) in architecting and administering collaboration and messaging solutions (Microsoft 365, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, etc.). Expertise in cybersecurity for collaborative environments. Team spirit, educational skills, ability to explain technical topics to non-experts. Fluent English. Autonomy, rigor, project management abilities, and a talent for uniting cross-functional teams. Comfort in complex and multicultural environments.
