Job Purpose: Ardian’s Co-Investment team is offering an internship opportunity in the London office to assist the daily work of private equity investment professionals, particularly including the identification, analysis and execution of investments. The candidate will have significant responsibilities from day one and become an integral part of the team, with high levels of interaction with investment professionals from the Co-Investment team, support functions and external industry experts. High performing previous interns have become permanent hires in the Ardian Co-investment team. Job Responsibilities: Participate in the investment process (including drafting the investment memorandum and reviewing due diligence work performed in various areas) Participate in the assessment of investment opportunities (business analysis, company valuation, LBO modelling, research of comparables, etc.) Collect and analyse information on target companies, competitors and business sectors. Participation in team meetings and investment committees and helping run the administrative processes for these Support monitoring for current Ardian portfolio companies A variety of other ad hoc day to day tasks.
