About the Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Main Inspection department as a CMM Inspector on the night shift. As a CMM Inspector, your responsibilities will include: Use of inspection equipment to ensure dimensional, mechanical, and visual characteristics of each component adhere to drawing specifications. Must be able to program CMM using PCDMIS, both on-line and off-line. Must be capable and willing to do all aspects of Metrology. Working within defined Health and Safety guidelines. Ability to produce non-conformance reporting. Solid background of mechanical inspection equipment/ hand tools and understanding of GD&T. Experience using Absolute Arm & Klingenberg would be an advantage. Candidate Profile: Fundamental comprehension and interpretation of engineering drawings. Proficient understanding of quality systems. Robust computer skills. Sharp attention to detail. Familiarity with SAP is preferred, but comprehensive training will be provided if necessary.
