Entry level Shift Pattern: Rotational shifts including early shifts (7:00 am – 3:00 pm), long days (7am-8pm), late shifts (finishing up to 11:00 pm), nights (7.45pm – 7.15am) and weekend work. About the Role Are you looking to start a career in clinical research? We are seeking entry-level Clinical Technicians to join our team. No degree required—we value transferable skills from hospitality, retail, or other customer-facing roles where excellent communication and attention to detail are key. This role involves supporting clinical trials by performing hands-on tasks such as collecting and processing samples, taking vital signs, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Full training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Collect and process biological samples (e.g., blood samples) in line with study protocols. Perform clinical procedures such as blood pressure checks, ECGs, spirometry, and other assessments (training provided). Ensure accurate completion of source data and quality control checks. Support clinical operations and assist with general clinic housekeeping tasks. Participate in Immediate Life Support (ILS) training and scenarios. Perform ad-hoc duties to support the needs of the business. What We’re Looking For Minimum GCSE in English and Maths. Strong customer service experience from hospitality, retail, or similar roles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Flexibility to work rotational shifts including early mornings, long days, late evenings, and weekends. Immediate Life Support training is desirable (training can be provided).
