This position offers the chance to work exclusively with a leading global pharmaceutical company driving meaningful progress in oncology. For candidates looking for impact, this partnership provides a genuinely engaging environment. We’re looking for someone with around 2 years of experience monitoring cell therapy studies, one of the fastest-growing and most exciting areas in oncology today. Experience in other therapeutic areas is also valued, particularly phase II–III commercial trials. This role is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from wherever you perform best. What you will be doing Full ownership of investigator sites from study initiation to close-out Conducting feasibility, site selection, interim, and close-out visits Building strong relationships with investigator site staff to meet key clinical metrics Attending investigator meetings, ensuring proper shipment, storage, and accountability of clinical supplies Monitoring data integrity and compliance with clinical trial guidelines Your profile Solid experience as a CRA II or Senior CRA within a pharmaceutical company or CRO Expertise in Cell therapy Experience in RBM/RBQM (Risk-Based Monitoring & Quality Management) Excellent organizational skills and ability to adapt to a dynamic environment Fluency in French and professional proficiency in English What ICON can offer you: Our success depends on the quality of our people.
