We are recruiting for a Band 7 Clinical Psychologist to join our client's specialist Learning Disabilities service. While prior experience in Learning Disabilities is a bonus, it’s not essential – we welcome applications from psychologists with a strong foundation in clinical practice and a passion for person-centred care. This role offers the opportunity to work across diverse settings, including community and inpatient environments, delivering evidence-based interventions and assessments. You’ll be part of a supportive multidisciplinary team committed to improving outcomes for individuals with complex needs. Responsibilities In this role, you will: Provide specialist psychological assessments, including psychometrics and cognitive evaluations. Deliver tailored interventions using a range of psychological models and approaches. Work collaboratively with service users, families, and professionals to develop care plans. Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives. Offer consultation and advice to colleagues across the service.
