Cleveland Clinic London are looking to recruit a Clinical Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy Team on a rotational basis with a competitive salary range on offer. This is a 24/7 role with the following shift patterns: Monday to Sundays (0800-2000/2000-0800) 3-4 long days with 3 nights shifts every 6 weeks What makes us different? At Cleveland Clinic London, we’ll be using automation, unique to the UK, digital infrastructure, secure storage systems, and bar-coded medicines administration to achieve a closed loop medicines administration system. Our Pharmacy services will enable patients to be fully involved in their own care and to make shared decisions about their treatment. What will your duties include? Supports the development, validation and maintenance of the Electronic Patient Record (EPR), and EPR/Pharmacy automation related medication databases and dictionaries. Provides day-to-day clinical pharmacy services for defined clinical areas. Assures safe and secure medicines management practice in clinical areas. Supports Pharmacy and other multidisciplinary staff to meet their medicines-related educational and development needs. Participates and supports medicines management related innovation. What we need from you? Completion of a Master’s degree in Pharmacy (or equivalent) - Required Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council - Required Demonstrable evidence of competence in general clinical practice, including medicine and surgery – Required Experience of applying clinical reasoning skills to a range of complex and varied patient requirements – Required Experience of working in a hospital, and of project related work in this environment – Required What We Offer: As a private hospital with no shareholders, we reinvest all profits back into our organisation.
