We are urgently seeking a Clinical Nurse Manager 3 <\/b>for a hospital in Cork Ireland.<\/span><\/span>

Responsibilities<\/b><\/span><\/span>
<\/div>

  • Provide strategic, clinical, and operational leadership across designated services or departments.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of nursing and clinical services in line with organisational goals.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Ensure the delivery of high\-quality, safe, and patient\-centred care across all areas of responsibility.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Manage workforce planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and service performance.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Ensure compliance with NMBI standards, HIQA regulations, national policies, and hospital governance frameworks.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Lead quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, risk management, and incident review processes.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, professional development, and evidence\-based practice.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • Collaborate with senior management, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams to support service development and innovation.<\/span>

    Requirements<\/h3>

    • Registered Nurse with active registration on the NMBI Register.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Significant post\-registration experience in an acute healthcare setting, including senior management or leadership roles.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Relevant postgraduate qualification in nursing, healthcare management, or leadership (essential or highly desirable).<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Proven experience in service planning, operational management, and staff leadership.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and decision\-making skills.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li>

    • Demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development and quality\-driven care.<\/span>
