Position Overview As a Clinical Education Manager – Europe, you’ll be at the heart of advancing venous care. You’ll ensure consistent, high-quality therapy implementation using INARI technology, empowering physicians and clinical teams to achieve superior patient outcomes. Reporting to the EMEA Head of Marketing and working closely with the Senior Clinical Education Manager, you’ll travel extensively across the region (up to 90%) to lead, facilitate, and organise world-class training programs for customers, distributors, and internal teams. This is a highly visible, hands-on role for someone who enjoys working in the field, sharing expertise, and being a trusted clinical partner. Key Responsibilities Clinical and Therapy Expertise Act as the primary clinical and technical expert for customers and distributors. Deliver certification and re-certification programs for physicians and distributor teams. Provide on-site and remote case support, particularly during complex or first-time procedures. Troubleshoot technical and procedural challenges, ensuring confidence and competence in therapy delivery. Partner with Marketing and Sales to translate clinical insights into impactful training strategies. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to PE pathway development across institutions. Maintain meticulous documentation of cases, training activities, and adverse events (AEs). Training and Education Design, deliver, and continuously improve high-impact education programs that elevate clinical standards. Lead hands-on workshops, simulations, and virtual training sessions tailored to physician and distributor needs. Develop engaging training content – manuals, presentations, e-learning modules, and more. Evaluate training effectiveness and champion continuous improvement. Event Management Plan and execute medical education events including MTEs, peer-to-peer sessions, and local congress participation. Oversee logistics, faculty coordination, and participant engagement to ensure seamless, memorable events. Required Skills and Experience Strong clinical knowledge and experience in vascular medicine. Hands-on experience working in cath labs. Proven expertise in clinical training, education, or medical device support. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Comfortable with extensive travel (up to 80%) and flexible schedules. Strong organisational and project management capabilities. Able to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international setting. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, life sciences, biomedical engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical education, vascular therapy, or medical device sales. Prior experience within the medical device industry is strongly preferred. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
