Ensures proper standards are followed for nursing practice and provides an interface between the support services and clinical services. Focusing on unit-based education, quality metrics, new employee orientation, audits, new initiatives. Experience: Minimum of three years of medical practice/clinical management experience preferred. Additional Job Description Education: Graduated from an accredited school of nursing. Current licensure by the South Carolina State Board of Nursing. Bachelor's degree (BSN) preferred. Licenses/Certification: Licensure as a registered nurse by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or a compact state is required. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) through the American Heart Association (AHA) are required.
