Client Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients via phone and in-person interactions
- Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about products and services
- Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and scheduling
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met promptly and effectively
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
- Assist in processing payments, and service requests as needed
- Identify opportunities to improve client experience and suggest enhancements to service procedures
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service or client support roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a customer-focused mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus
