Client Relationship Manager, Private Capital - The role: As a Client Relationship Manager in our Private Capital team, you will be instrumental in delivering Linklaters’ Clients & Sectors strategy. You’ll work closely with relationship partners to drive profitable revenue growth, foster proactive and targeted client engagement, and ensure a stand-out client experience. Your responsibilities will include: Leading white-space analysis and identifying high-margin business opportunities. Coordinating client services across practice areas and managing client reporting. Developing action-oriented client account plans and aligning team structures to strategic opportunities. Facilitating structured client feedback and ensuring follow-through on key actions. Building strong relationships with client contacts and internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless client experience. Championing CRM best practices, including Salesforce adoption, and maintaining accurate records of client interactions. A track record of identifying strategic opportunities and securing work from Private Capital clients. Experience in client-facing roles, including conducting client feedback interviews. Comfort with data, analytics, and reporting to inform decision-making. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills—both written and verbal. Experience in strategic account planning and white-space analysis for financial institutions. Ability to thrive in a matrix organisation and collaborate across multiple teams. A solid grasp of financial services business models and profitability drivers.
