Client Engagement: To support the identification and optimization of a range of different potential clients for Chain IQ, as well as providing various forms of help on different targeting & BCVE projects. Service Delivery: To support the Account/Relationship Management team by improving efficiency within the client accounts, ensuring effective indirect sourcing to clients. Client Engagement activities: Formatting and amending PowerPoint slides for internal and external use. Producing snapshots of potential clients. General client support of delivery of BCVE methodology Note taking during meetings with senior leadership. Client pipeline support through updating Salesforce. Service Delivery activities: Creating graphs and reports using PowerBI Analysis of client savings data for monthly reports Creating pivot tables for analysis of internal sourcing statistics Support with internal & client reporting/service delivery Support service delivery transformation projects Help support the day-to-day running of client systems (ChainIQ SmartConnect portal) Requirements: 2nd or 3rd year university student with industrial placement. Business degree is preferred but not essential. Experience with various Microsoft programs, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. Career aspirations aligned towards the world of procurement/consulting. Lives in/has ability to commute into London at least 2 times a week. Ability to manage multiple priorities, often to tight deadlines, and deliver results. Highly organised and results driven. Join a truly global team.
