About the Role Are you seeking an opportunity to support all customers and prospects, acting as the first point of contact dealing with all client enquiries. Your performance will be crucial in achieving and surpassing both sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) established by the organization. What You'll Do Provide support to all customers and prospects, acting as the first point of contact dealing with all client enquiries. Processing registration forms, liaising with compliance and other internal departments, handling queries, administration tasks, communications and all other activities that have an impact on the customers’ account opening experience. Establish trading opportunities with newly registered customers and make a clear note in Salesforce for the dealing team to follow up on. To be fully aware of and apply all KYC, AML and Data Protection policies and ensure they are always complied with. The first line of defence to prevent fraud, scams etc. Building rapport with customers quickly, empathising and understanding their key concerns. Having a thorough understanding of our key Partners. Having a general understanding of important daily market events and pricing. What You’ll Need Account executives must be excellent communicators and obtain an in-depth knowledge of our company's products, services and markets. You are often one of the first points of contact for our customers and play a major role in driving revenue growth for the business.
