Arriva is looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaner/Labourer to support the cleanliness, safety, and general upkeep of our depot and vehicles. This is a hands-on role that plays a vital part in keeping our operation running smoothly for both colleagues and customers. Full-time | 38 hours per week £12.47 per hour Start time: 08:00am What you’ll be doing Cleaning offices, communal areas, restrooms, workshops, and depot facilities Maintaining the interior and exterior of vehicles, including driver cabins Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitising work areas Emptying waste bins and disposing of waste safely Replenishing cleaning supplies and toiletries Supporting basic maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and minor fixes Assisting with moving equipment, materials, and supplies Carrying out outdoor duties including litter picking and general tidying Following all health & safety procedures and reporting hazards or defects What we’re looking for Previous cleaning or labouring experience (preferred but not essential) Strong work ethic with good attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physically fit and comfortable with manual work Reliable, punctual, and proactive Arriva is a leading provider of passenger transport across Europe, employing around 34,400 people and delivering around 1.6 billion passenger journeys.
