LOCATION: Altona, MB REPORTS TO: Claims Manager SCHEDULE: Full-Time PURPOSE OF POSITION: Red River Mutual is looking for a Claims Service Representative for a 12-month term at our Head Office in Altona, MB. This individual will be responsible for supporting the claims team in the day-to-day administration and execution of the claims process. This individual must be an excellent communicator and able to work effectively within a team of people to achieve common goals. KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS: Communicate with internal and external stakeholders representing Red River Mutual through various communication mediums (in person- phone, e-mail, fax) Administration of new claims Data management including: entry transcription, records retention, compiling, coding, categorizing, verification and calculation of claims.
