Your job In this international role you will play a pivotal role in delivering meaningful insights from our claims data and contributing to the continuous improvement of our claims operations. You will work closely with claims teams across our European Branches – being Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Slovakia, Spain and United Kingdom – as well as with our Claims Technical & Operations team, business counterparts, and other internal stakeholders. Your focus will span data analysis and reporting, process optimization, and project delivery, helping to further develop our claims management capabilities across the region. By preparing comprehensive and impactful claims performance reports with clear conclusions and recommendations you will contribute to action plans to address any identified issues. Whether it is requested from management or your own curiosity, you will dive into ad-hoc analysis to unravel data and uncover trends, risks and opportunities. Where areas for operational improvements are identified within our claims processes, you will collaborate closely with the respective teams to deliver on such improvement opportunities. Either it being a small or a large project, you will modernize our way of working and use new technologies. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in data / business analysis, preferably within the insurance industry. Exceptional analytical skills with an attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data. Proficient in the use of PowerBI, MS Excel. Familiarity with process mapping software is a plus. Interest in and knowledge of insurance products and processes Strong written and verbal communication skills in at least English and preferable another Language we operate in (for example English and France), with the ability to effectively present findings and recommendations to senior management. Self-starter with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple assignments in a dynamic environment. Experience in project management, if this relates to implementation of new technologies such as AI in operational processes that would be considered a huge plus. Identify and deliver improvements in claims operations, either through targeted initiatives or play a part in developing business cases for larger projects.
