Role Summary and Purpose · Manage portfolio of claims across various business lines · Handle and assess claims in line with the Arch claims philosophy · Attend market claims meetings as required · Report to Underwriters on claims trends/significant claims as required · Liaise with brokers, stakeholders and insureds as required Key Tasks and Responsibilities · Adjust, assess and manage claims within own defined authority · Act as referral point and ensure new claims and notifications are dealt with promptly and reported as required · Ensure coverage is accurately reviewed and that reserving is correctly set and maintained · Manage internal reporting to London claims team · Interaction and support of claims management as required · Prompt reporting of large losses internally Role Requirements & Skills Skills / Competencies · Good written and verbal communication · Good understanding of the London Market desirable · Show attention to detail · Adaptable · Team player · Pro-active individual Qualifications · Desire to work towards CII qualifications Experience · Experience within the insurance industry desirable Do you like solving complex business problems, working with talented colleagues and have an innovative mindset?
