We’re looking for a Circular Economy Sales Manager to join Liberty Blume in Amsterdam, Netherlands or London, United Kingdom The Circular Economy Sales Manager will collaborate in driving our organization towards its Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) targets. By efficiently managing the inventory of e-waste and handling customer requests and customer relations on both the telecommunication equipment sourcing and sales side, the Circular Economy Sales Manager is playing an instrumental role to the development of a circular economy encompassing Liberty Global as well as the wider global telco industry. Re-Think is a new business unit within the company, and the Circular Economy Sales Manager will have the unique opportunity to shape the business as it flourishes. This role is essential in meeting our revenue targets by coordinating sales opportunities, connecting with potential buyer and seller, following up on leads, promoting responsible resource management, and fostering ethical partnerships with all stakeholders, thereby contributing to our revenue targets, commitment to environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and governance excellence. Key Accountabilities Inventory Management: Oversee and coordinate inventory among E-waste suppliers, refurbishment partners, and buying customers. Track logistics status, manage inventory levels, monitor stock numbers, and maintain updated records of product locations. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with both e-waste suppliers and purchasing customers to support sustainable equipment resale activities. Regularly update and mange CRM data and ensure accurate tracking of customer interactions, demand forecasts, and inventory availability. Coordinate incoming customer requests and align with available or upcoming inventory. Equipment Catalogue: Maintain and update the equipment catalogue, ensuring all technical and commercial information is accurate and up to date. Communicate relevant updates and opportunities to the sales team in a timely and structured manner. Sales Pipeline update and Reports: Maintain and update the sales pipeline to ensure accurate visibility of opportunities and alignment with revenue targets by using Re-think’s established systems. Prepare and deliver regular pipeline report and performances updates for finance and senior management. Own the process of forecasting sales pipeline development and supporting the creation of annual revenue outlooks. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to support company initiatives that enhance sales outcomes. Align sales activities with marketing objectives to ensure full realization of business unit vision. Align with the finance team to ensure accurate budget forecasting. Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities. Report on sales KPIs to senior management to support data-driven decision-making. Contract Supervision: Supervise all sales contract operations, ensuring compliance and effective management of partnerships. Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors and service providers to optimize costs and service quality. Advance Green Targets: Support efforts to reduce carbon emissions by promoting the reutilization of technology through the Re-Think initiative. Ensure strategic decisions are made with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) factors in mind. Report on the impact of sustainability initiatives and continuously seek opportunities to enhance the company's ESG profile. Event representative and Business Development: Represent Re-think at industry relevant events and conferences, proactively engaging with potential customer to support achievement of sales targets. Identify and cultivate strategic relationships beneficial to Re-think’s growth objectives. Follo up on leads and opportunities generated during events to drive dela closure and strengthen market presence. Preferred education / qualifications: Academic background (Bachelor): preferably in Business Administration, Sales, Business Information Systems, Engineering(software/hardware) or comparable discipline. Knowledge & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Customer Relations Management, Inventory Management, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) preferred Relevant years of experience in sales, preferably with experience in circular economy. Excellence sales skills, logistics coordination, circular economy and inventory management. Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to work effectively across varied markets and nationalities. Proven ability to develop strategic solutions that drive business performance.
