Accounting & Financial Operations

  • Oversee all accounting functions, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting under GAAP.
  • Lead month-end and year-end close processes with strong controls, documentation, and audit readiness.
  • Ensure appropriate revenue recognition for complex healthcare contracts (shared savings, capitation, risk-based payments).
  • Oversee cash management, treasury, and working capital optimization.

  • Strengthen internal controls and ensure financial integrity.

Performance & Operational Finance

  • Oversee FP&A: budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, and performance dashboards.
  • Lead financial planning for ACOs and value-based contracts — including attribution, trend analysis, quality performance, shared savings calculations and contractual negotiations.
  • Partner with actuarial and analytic teams to monitor performance at the ACO and provider levels and identify opportunities for improved performance.
  • Drive operational efficiency and cost optimization across the organization through financial insights and process improvement.

Leadership & Organizational Development

  • Foster cross-functional collaboration between Finance, Operations, Analytics, and Clinical teams.
  • Champion systems modernization — leveraging ERP, automation, and analytics to enhance decision-making and scalability.
