Company DIAC SA Job Description Mission : Rattaché(e) au Chief Data Officer du groupe MFS, le (la) chef(fe) de projet BCBS239 / RDARR sera en charge du pilotage opérationnel du projet réglementaire BCBS239 / RDARR au sein de MFS pour le périmètre des reportings internes ainsi que pour les chantiers transverses aux périmètres des reportings internes et réglementaires (Rôles et responsabilités, corpus documentaire..). Il s'agit, avec l'aide de consultants externes et des internes impliqués dans le projet mais non dédiés de : - Suivre l'avancement des chantiers et le respect du planning - Préparer les supports des Comités de projet et de pilotage et valider les comptes rendus - Prendre en charge des travaux opérationnels prévus dans la feuille de route notamment sur l'actualisation du corpus documentaire et les travaux liés aux reportings (ID Card Reporting, identification des données critiques..) - Etre l'interlocuteur projet privilégié des consultants externes et des internes impliqués dans le projet (notamment des propriétaires des reportings du périmètre) - Etre la référence en matière de réglementation BCBS239 / RDARR et en assurer la formation interne et la veille réglementaire - Prendre la responsabilité de l'auto-évaluation annuelle à la conformité BCBS239 / RADRR de 1er niveau (préparation et exécution) - Assurer la coordination avec le périmètre des reportings règlementaires - Préparer le passage en mode run du projet - Prendre en charge la présentation du projet auprès de diverses instances Profil: - Diplômé d’un Master ou diplôme équivalent niveau BAC +5 (idéalement en gestion financière, gestion de projet, banques ou data) - Connaissances approfondies en réglementation BCBS239 / RDARR acquises au sein d'un établissement de crédit ainsi que des compétences en gestion de projet. - Ce poste demande un haut niveau de compétences relationnelles de par la diversité des contributeurs au projet et un esprit d'équipe élevé. - La maîtrise approfondie d'Excel et d'outils de requêtage (SQL, SAS) est un plus. - Vous possédez un bon niveau d’anglais écrit et oral (score minimum au TOEIC 750/990). - Vous avez un très bon relationnel et une excellente communication orale Job Family Finance & Control Renault Group is committed to creating an inclusive working environment and the conditions for each of us to bring their passion, perform to the full and grow, whilst being themselves.
